Q.  Can I write in Little Sister cards with a fountain pen?

A.  Yes. As someone who loves sending and receiving letters and cards, it was important to me that the cards were suitable for use with a proper ink pen. For this reason, the inside of the cards is matt and uncoated, so ink absorbs within a few seconds.

 

Q.  How will I know you have received my order?

A.  You’ll receive an email shortly after you’ve placed your order, to confirm that your order has been received; you’ll then receive a second email once your order has been dispatched.

If you’ve not received a confirmation email within a couple of hours of placing your order (and you’ve checked your spam folder), please email us at hello@littlesisterlondon.com.

 

Q.  Can I add a gift message?

A.  Yes. If you wish to send a 5,10 or 20-card gift box, simply use the “Other information” box at the checkout, to type the wording you would like us to write for your gift message.

 

Q.  Do you charge VAT?

A.  At present, we do not charge VAT.

 

Q.  Do you sell to retailers?

A.  Yes. If you are a retailer wishing to sell Little Sister cards, please contact us on hello@littlesisterlondon.com

Q.  How will my order be delivered?

A.  Information about deliveries can be found here.

 

Q.  What is your returns policy?

A.  Goods in a new, saleable condition can be refunded up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at hello@littlesisterlondon.com if you would like to return your order, and we’ll provide the relevant returns information.   You will need to return your items in the original packaging, with your proof of purchase enclosed. Any goods returned outside this period, damaged or sent without the original documentation, will not be accepted.  You have a legal right to cancel your order, which is more fully detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
